How to Shop on Byronshop.com-
Browse the shopping categories on the left of the site and click on any image or the "learn more" button for further information on a product.
Add items to your shopping cart as you browse the shop. When you have finished shopping, go to View Cart to review your items and either continue shopping or proceed to our checkout.
Items can be removed simply by pressing the "delete" button.
You can change the quantity of any item by entering a number in the quantity box and pressing the "update" button.
Nothing is finalised until you submit your payment details, even after your have began the checkout process. You can add, remove and review items until you have made your final decision.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars $AUD and include GST. Domestic and International prices are included to account for GST locally.
Credit Card payments are fully encrypted and sent over a Secure network.
We accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card, Direct Deposit, cheques or money order. Details for your chosen payment method will be provided during the checkout process and your order will be processed once payment has been received and cleared.

Prices quoted may change from time to time. If a product is no longer available or unavailable at the quoted price, we will contact you regarding the options available. If the available options are not to your satisfaction, of course a complete refund is available.
We love to reward our shoppers and offer you discounts on every order. You will automatically receive 2.5% discount just by shopping with us and if you spend over $150 we will reward you with 5% discount on your total order (before freight).
If you spend over $100 with us, we offer Free Freight (some conditions apply).
We will send you Free Skin Care Testers with every Skin Care Order.

We post to Australia, New Zealand and Overseas. Australia Postal charges are calculated automatically during checkout.
We aim to keep delivery costs to an absolute minimum, and use Australia Post for all our delivery services - Standard Post for orders under $50, Tracking number and signature for Australia orders over $50, Australia Standard AirMail for Internationsl orders.
Each product has been individually weighed and entered into our Freight Calculator. The Freight charged is then calculated using current Australia Post Standard Charges, based on actual weight and delivery address. This is calculated during the checkout process. This method of freight calculation means that generally you are charged a cost very similar to what it actually costs us to post your order. This method helps us to keep your freight costs to a minimum. Note: Freight is waived for Australian orders over $100
A tracking number is available for all orders over $50 posted within Australia.
When freight is posted via our preferred registered freight system - Australia Post Eparcel - you will receive email notifications of the progress of your order.
For all orders over $100, Freight charges will be removed automatically during the final stages of the checkout process, but before you confirm your payment.
For International orders over >20kg, we will email you a Freight Quote once your order is processed and you will then have the option to pay the freight or cancel your order for a full refund.
For your peace of mind, all Australian orders $50+ will be tracked. In addition, all orders $250+ will be sent with Insurance.
For all orders we do our best, but can not take responsibility for Australia Post in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing.
If you would like Insurance for orders under $250. Please contact us for a quote and we can add this to your order.
We do offer an Express Post service for urgent deliveries - please contact us and we can arrange an Express Post quote. We do aim to post all orders received before 11am on the same day - for the majority of Victorian orders, especially to the Melbourne metro area, this will mean next business day delivery even without express post, NSW & TAS generally takes 2 business days, QLD 3-5 business days and WA & NT 5 business days.
If you have special delivery instructions or require your order within a specified time frame, please let us know when placing your order in the comments section. We will do our best to meet your requests.
Utmost care is taken when packaging and posting your order, but we can not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. In the exceptional circumstance where a parcel does go missing we will do all we can to help Australia Post find your missing parcel and ensure your parcel is delivered to you. (See Tracking Post and Insurance section for exceptions and automatic insurance options.)
We process your order within 48 business hours of receiving it and actual delivery should be within 2-10 working days of payment confirmation. Note that for the majority of Victorian orders received before 11am, especially to the Melbourne metro area, delivery is often the next business day. Exceptions to this are out of stock items.
International orders are posted Australia Post Airmail, and usually take 10 to 14 business days to reach their destination.
If we experience a delay in processing your order or are unable to fulfil your order, we will endeavour to contact you either via email or phone.
If you have a preferred courier, please contact us and we can arrange a special quote and delivery.
Occasionally the Australian Post Calculator is unavailable at the time of order, in which case we will contact you regarding freight payment before your order is processed. Of course you will then have the option of compensating the freight costs or cancelling your order for a full refund. This also applies to the unlikely event of an error in freight calculations.
Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit
Although every care is taken when packaging your goods for transit, we accept NO responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit. Tracking is automatic for Australian orders over $50 and Insurance is automatic for Australian orders over $250. For lower value orders and overseas orders, insurance can be arranged at an extra cost. For more details, please refer to our Delivery Section.
Are you purchasing as a special gift for someone special? If so, we offer a free gift wrapping and gift card service. Just select our gift wrapping 'product' from the gift sections, remember to include who your gift is to, from and any special message you may have in the Additional Instructions section during the checkout process and we will prepare and post your gift for you.
When this option, or indeed whenever the Order From and Delivery To details are obviously different, we will not include an invoice when the goods are despatched.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods, unless an error was made on our part. Goods returned for refund must be returned in original condition and packaging. Returns can not be accepted for items on special, clearance items or special orders.
Refunds will be made to your credit card or Paypal account.
