How To Shop

Thank you for choosing to shop with Byronshop.com. We aim to make your shopping experience as pleasurable and hassle free as possible and as such we've compiled a a list of things you should know. 

Basic Shopping

Add items to your shopping cart as you browse the shop. When you have finished shopping, go to View Cart to review your items and either continue shopping or proceed to our checkout.

Items can be removed simply by pressing the “X” button to the far right of the product.

You can change the quantity of any item by entering a number in the quantity box or by using the up and down arrow options. Stock is monitored and the cart will only allow you to purchase a quantity of any given item up to the number of that item currently in stock.

Nothing is finalised until you submit your payment details, even after your have began the checkout process.  You can add, remove and review items until you have made your final decision.

We accept payment via Paypal, MasterCard and Visa.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars $AUD and include GST. Domestic and International prices are included to account for GST locally.

Credit Card payments are fully encrypted and sent over a secure network.

Freight is calculated during the checkout process - see our delivery section for more details on delivery details on freight costs.

Prices are subject to change but will be supplied at purchase price at time of purchase.  

 

Discounts on Every Order!

We value our customers and as such we offer a discount for every order no matter how small or large.

For all orders between $1 & $99 use code DIS2.5 at checkout to receive 2.5% off the total price (excluding postage).

It is the customer's responsibility to add the discount code at checkout. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to purchases made without the use of the correct code. 

Delivery Time and Costs

We post throughout Australia / New Zealand and Overseas.  

Australian Postal charges are calculated automatically during checkout.

We aim to keep delivery costs to an absolute minimum and use Australia Post for all our delivery services.

Tracking numbers are provided with every purchase and other options are available on checkout. We use Australia Post Standard AirMail for International orders.

Each product has been individually weighed and entered into our Freight Calculator. The Freight charged is then calculated using current Australia Post Standard Charges, based on actual weight and delivery address. This is calculated during the checkout process.

This method helps us to keep your freight costs to a minimum.

Tracking Post and Insurance

On checkout you will be presented with the option to select a preferred method of post. All items are sent with a tracking number. It is the customer’s option and responsibility to select ‘express post’, ’sign on delivery’ or ‘insurance’ options at this stage.

We dispatch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

Standard delivery orders typically arrive - 

NSW / ACT = 1-3 business days
QLD / VIC / TAS = 3-5 business days
NT / SA = 4-6 business days
WA = 5-8 business days

These delivery times are a guide only. Byronshop.com will send a confirmation of dispatch on the date of dispatch with a tracking number and from that point onwards delivery times are subject to Australia Post.

Express post and courier options are available for customers needing more urgent delivery at a higher freight rate.

Other Delivery Information

International orders are posted Australia Post Standard AirMail and usually take 10 to 14 business days to reach their destination.

Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit

 Byronshop.com takes great care to package your order for safe shipping however we cannot take responsibility for Australia Post in the unlikely event of your order going missing or being damaged in transit. Once an order is shipped the order is the responsibility of Australia Post. Tracking numbers are provided as proof of dispatch for every order and insurance is offered at the customer’s discretion. All missing or damaged postal issues must be addressed directly with Australia Post. 

 Secure Shopping

Byronshop.com is hosted by Shopify, a world class trusted ecommerce provider. Credit card payments are processed through the Payment Express gateway. If you provide us with your credit card information the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Although we take all reasonable steps to ensure your data security, the Internet may not always offer a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly, Byronshop.com cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorised access or use of that information.
